That is one of our main goals. The screens use simple steps and familiar temple words, so counter staff, volunteers and office teams can learn everyday tasks more easily.
Yes. Your temple decides how rituals are performed. DevaSampada helps organize services such as Archana, Abhishekam, Homam, Aarti and local Utsavams without changing your traditions.
You should see the plan price, included features, applicable taxes and renewal terms before subscribing. Optional services, such as messaging or payment processing, may cost extra and should be shown clearly.
With an offline-enabled setup, supported counter bookings and receipts can continue on the temple’s local system. Records can be sent to the main system when connectivity returns. Online payments may still need internet.
DevaSampada is designed to keep each temple’s records separate and limit access to authorized people. Important activities can be reviewed. Verified security certifications will be shown when officially obtained.
The system is designed to give cashiers, supervisors and accountants different responsibilities. Sensitive corrections can require approval and leave a record, so the temple can check what happened.
Yes. You can export records for use in Tally or Zoho Books, and you can also request a customized export with the fields and layout you need. Exporting a file is different from automatic synchronization with those products.
Yes. The goal is to keep receipts, offerings, donations and expenses organized in one place, making it easier for accountants and authorized trustees to review daily figures and prepare reports.
DevaSampada is designed to support English and several Indian languages. Available receipt languages and compatible printer models will be confirmed during your temple’s setup.
Not always. The software is designed to work with ordinary computers and compatible receipt printers. A multi-counter offline setup may need extra equipment, which should be explained before installation.
Existing puja lists, devotee details and opening account balances can be reviewed for import. Excel files are usually easier to prepare; paper registers may need to be entered first. The migration work should be agreed during setup.
Your institution should remain in control of its records and be able to request copies. Backup and recovery options depend on the setup, so you should receive clear information about exports, backups and restoration before going live.
You can request a demonstration and see common tasks such as making a booking or checking collections. The team can explain registration, setup and the assistance available with each plan.
Tell us a little about your temple or what you need. Our team will get back to you.
